Description[]
Wrath of the Frost Ancient is a Light Runic Attack for the Leviathan Axe, which can be activated by pressing 
+ 
together. When activated, Kratos will aim the Axe towards his enemies, and fire a beam of ice that damages and freezes them. Upgrades increase the damage, frost damage and duration of the attack.
Kratos can further extend the duration of the attack, by slotting "Búri's Frozen Shard," an Enchantment crafted from Smouldering Embers, into his Armor and Talismans.
Acquisition[]
Wrath of the Frost Ancient can be found in a Legendary Chest at Fafnir's Storeroom in Midgard. Kratos and Atreus first visit the storeroom on an errand for Sindri, and the chest can be found in an arena, at the very end of the storeroom.

Wrath of the Frost Ancient returns in God of War Ragnarök, and functions just as it did before, although severely weakened in comparison to the last game.
Acquisition[]
Wrath of the Frost Ancient can be obtained from a Legendary Chest found in the Southern Wilds of Vanaheim. The chest in particular can be found at the destroyed market, hidden behind a broken wall Kratos can crouch beneath.
