Wildstorm logo
WildStorm Productions or simply WildStorm, was an independent comic book company created by Jim Lee. It was later expanded by several other comic book writers and artists, until DC comics claimed ownership of it. It took its name from two works by Lee, which were WildC.A.T.S. and Stormwatch.
The company released many comic books, both creator-owned and licensed properties. In March 2010, WildStorm released a six-issue limited series based on the God of War games. It released its final issue on January 2011.
WildStorm was rendered defunct on December 2010, but DC announced that the creator-owned characters released in WildStorm would return under the DC banner.
