Trophies are awards received for accomplishing certain tasks in God of War II. There are 35 trophies for the game, consisting of 1 Platinum, 5 Gold, 11 Silver and 18 Bronze trophies.
The original release of God of War II did not have trophies as the PlayStation II system did not support trophies. However a trophy support was added when the game was ported to PlayStation 3 and included in God of War Collection.
