The Bonds of Ares
The Bonds of Ares were the very shackles that bound young Deimos, when taken away from Kratos by Ares.
As common in the God of War universe, this item becomes available on a follow up playthrough after previously having it obtained. Activating this item grants infinite magic which is indicated by a flashing blue bar.
This item can be found in Death's Domain near the portal gate where you start from.
