Could teh Calliope seen in Temple of Persephone be an illusion to trick Kratos into following her and eventually give up his powers (temporarily) to join the real one? Could have been created by Persephone.Dark Ridley 00:03, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

It is possible, but I believe that since he was in the Underworld, it was the real spirit of Calliope. After all, I think that the souls have free roam in the Underworld. Demon Razgriz 00:13, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

God of War III

Calliope doesnt return in GoW 3, the one who becomes the new power for the box is Pandora, not teen Calliope....

Species?

Wouldn't Kratos being her father make her a demigod as well? I mean, sure, there's no way the kid could toss the Colossus across Rhodes Harbor or anything like that, but being a demigod doesn't necessarily mean one must have super strength or something and there are a number of demi-deities with seemingly no special abilities (Perseus, Theseus, and Helen come to mind as fitting that description). If we go with demi-gods having half- divine and half-mortal genes, then there's a fifty percent chance their kid would be a demi-god half-breeds. There's a twenty-five percent chance they'd be full godly, and twenty-five that they'd be just plain human. You'd think they'd just be automatically demi-god, but I'm assuming divinity is inherited separately from humanity. In Calliope's case she was full mortal. BTW Theseus and Perseus did possess special abilities, one was the son of Zeus and the other of Poseidon, stop and think about it, the male demi-gods in mythology were always portrayed as stronger than normal humans and female demi-gods. There are more Calliope images on CoO

I wonder why did they use the same image TWICE
