New Main Picture

Damn man, that picture you put for Ares in the God box looks incredible. Excellent work.Manas101 20:14, May 21, 2010 (UTC)

It does, doesn't it? :) The thing is, someone had already previously posted it, but I didn't see it, so now there's two of them :p
That same picture (I took it from the Blood and Metal music EP booklet), can actually also be seen in-game, in the Chamber of the Flames, near the steps on the left side of the Chamber.
Try and spot it, you'll be surprised! :D KratosGodofWar 05:45, May 22, 2010 (UTC)

What is the Chamber of the Flames? The hallway with fireballs rolling down it? Slayer of The Gods 10:41, July 23, 2010 (UTC)

I just realized something!

Ares' Roman name is Mars. The word Martius, which is one of the months of the Roman calendar, is derived from this name. The modern month name March is, in turn, derived from the Roman Martius. All the God of War games save for Ghost of Sparta (I think) were released in March. How does this tie together, you ask? Well, being released in March means the games were released in the Month of Mars, or the Month of Ares. :O Ghost Leader 02:17, September 7, 2011 (UTC)

Immortals
