The Shackles of the Titans were a part of the depths of Tartarus where Zeus chained and imprisoned the mighty Titans. Kratos came across the shackles as he made his way out of Tartarus. He ascended the shackles of the Titan, Hyperion, and encountered the Chains of Atlas as well, but noticed that they were broken and that Atlas was released.
