Pure Essence of Realms is a Legendary resource found in God of War (2018).
Acquisition[]
Pure Essences of Realms are used to upgrade the Talisman Aegir's Protection, and can be retrieved from three different Realm Tears.
Light Elf Shore, Alfheim[]
After infusing Atreus' Bow with the Light of Alfheim, and leaving the Ringed Temple, Kratos can return to the Light Elf Shore, to find a Realm Tear. To make it appear, go underneath the tree there, and command Atreus to shoot the three crystals in the middle of the floor. Be prepared for a fight with two dual axe-wielding Draugr, as you reach inside the realm tear.
Wildwoods, Midgard[]
After obtaining a piece of Thamur's chisel tip, Kratos can unlock the magically sealed doors found across his travels. One such door exists near his home, in the Wildwoods of Midgard, and once unlocked, he can take an elevator into a Hidden Chamber containing a single Realm Tear. Be prepared for a fight against two Draugr (1 Speed and 1 Brute) and a Revenant Summoner, upon reaching into the tear.
Konunsgard, Midgard[]
Kratos and Atreus can venture to Konunsgard, on a Favor for Brok and Sindri. After obtaining all of the materials needed to craft the Dwarven Armor of Legend, Kratos can come across a Realm Tear on the way out. Reaching inside initiates a fight with three Hel-Viken.
