Poseidon's Conch Shell was one of Ten Godly Possession found in God of War III.
Using it during Bonus Play disabled new Trophies from being unlocked.
Description
That Godly Possession granted infinite Magic (The same ability that was given by The Bonds of Ares in Ghost of Sparta), which allowed Kratos to wield his devastating abilities with impunity.
Location
In Poseidon's Chamber, where Poseidon's Princess was found, in an alcove to the right of the Hyperion Gate.
