  • Description: Helheim, also known as Hel, is a Norse afterlife in the God of War series. It is where characters go when they die, and is also where certain deities of the universe reside. Unlike Valhalla, which appears to be strictly reserved for great heroes and warriors only, Helheim houses the vast majority of the rest of the universes more neutral inhabitants. I.e.; those whom die of purely natural causes such as old age, or sickness, as well as unnatural deaths such as those who are victims of murder and suicide. It's also where most of the criminal populations of the Nine Realms go after their deaths to their eternal punishments.

  • Description: Land of fire-contains many trials to complete ending with a valkyrie fight. Has a red theme, is incredibly hot and is filled with lava

  • Description: Covered in a thick fog which can kill kratos over time.The challenge here is to collect as many Mist echoes as you can-which increase the length of time you can stay in the mist and escape the workshop alive while fighting enemies navigating traps and solving puzzles in order to get these mist echoes. Enchantments and special armour allow you to survive for longer.
