Mist Echoes are a Common crafting resource exclusive to Niflheim, in God of War (2018).
Acquisition[]
Mist Echoes are found in just about every chest Kratos opens in Ivaldi's Workshop. The longer he spends in the Workshop, the more Mist Echoes he can yield from a chest. To keep any and all resources gained from the Workshop, Kratos should return to Sindri or the Workshop's Centre Chamber as soon as possible, lest an enemy or lack of oxygen kills him.
Kratos can also take some of the greater resources found in the Workshop to Brok and Sindri, to break them down into Mist Echoes:
- 1 Aesirbane yields 2500 Mist Echoes.
- 1 Haze Weave yields 1000 Mist Echoes.
- 1 Niflheim Alloy yields 500 Mist Echoes.
Usage[]
Ivaldi's Workshop[]
In order to access the Center Chamber in Ivaldi's Workshop, Kratos will need to first retrieve 500 Mist Echoes and bring them to Sindri, so he may craft an Entry Stone. After that, Kratos can help himself to most of the resources inside the chamber, save for the Legendary Chests and Realm Tears. The Chests and Tears are listed in order from left-to-right, when you first see them in the Chamber:
