While the wolf pack is never seen directly in the game, the Iron Wolves are seen in the first triptych of Jörmungandr's Shrine where they accompany Angrboda, who is breastfeeding a young Jörmungandr. The Iron Wolves are also part of Loki's Shrine in the last triptych which are shown accompanying him for some unknown reason.

God of War: Ragnarök[]

As Atreus travels to Ironwood, he is greeted by a bunch a wolves and then a whole pack of them which guides him to meet Angrboda. As one of the wolves is captured by Grýla, it is later saved by Atreus and Angrboda. The Iron wolves are seen most of the time resting at Angrboda's treehouse.

The Iron wolves are later mentioned by Skjöldr that by Angrboda's order, they helped the surviving Midgardians to gather food, much to Atreus' delight. The Iron wolves are seen one last time at Angrboda's treehouse in the company of Fenrir.
