Hammer Fall is one of many Wayward spirit side-quests. It is given by a vengeful spirit in Midgard, who wants Kratos to bring down the statue of Thor. It's important to note that this statue is not the one that Jörmungandr ate. This is a completely different statue, made of (oxidized) bronze or cupper.
