Fog of Fimbulwinter is a Heavy Runic Attack for the Leviathan Axe, which can be activated by pressing

together. When activated, Kratos will firmly plant the Axe into the ground, bringing forth a wave of frost that perpetually moves forward, as it damages enemies and pushes them away. Upgrade increase the duration, damage and frost status applied.

Fog of Fimbulwinter can be obtained from a Legendary Chest found in the Myrkr Tunnels, in Svartalfheim.
