Crests of Surtr are an Epic crafting resource exclusive to Muspelheim, in God of War (2018).
Acquisition[]
Crests of Surtr can be found as a possible reward for completing the 6th Muspelheim Trial.
Upon first venturing to Muspelheim, the 6th Trial will be to face the Valkyrie Göndul in battle. Upon defeating her, Kratos can retrieve some Crests of Surtr from the Legendary Chests nearby.
This also unlocks the Impossible Trials, allowing Kratos and Atreus to continue fighting for resources. In order to find additional Crests of Surtr, the duo will have to obtain a Gold rating on the 6th Impossible Trial.
