The Chilling Mists of Niflheim are found in a Legendary Chest, in the Centre Chamber of Ivaldi's Workshop in Niflheim. The chest costs 5000 Mist Echoes to open. Once obtained, the Chilling Mists can be brought to Brok or Sindri, in exchange for a Frozen Flame.
