Charge of the White Bear is a Light Runic Attack for the Leviathan Axe, which can be activated by pressing

together. When activated, Kratos imbues the Guardian Shield with ice from the Axe, dashes towards enemies while blocking, and follows up with a shield strike. Upgrades grant Kratos an additional shield slam by pressing
or
, and amplify its effects.
Acquisition[]
Charge of the White Bear can be found in a Legendary Chest, in the Foothills of Midgard. The chest in question is found in the snowy area where Kratos and Atreus fight an Ogre for the first time. The Legendary Chest is blocked by debris and Scorn Poles, which can be cleared by blowing up the red pots next to them.
Trivia[]
- While Charge of the White Bear, and its Blades of Chaos counterpart, Spartan Charge, are unavailable in God of War Ragnarök, they return in function via the Onslaught Shield, one of the four new shields Kratos can collect.
