The Caves of Olympus are a series of sacred ancient caves that Kratos enters via a portal within the Temple of Helios. Within the first part of the caves he finds and claims Triton's Lance. He then further traverses the caves and eventually finds and speaks with the goddess Eos. After speaking with Eos, Kratos also locates the Primordial Fire which powers up his Sun Shield and gives him the power of the Light of Dawn.
