Kratos acquired Callisto's Armlet, after he killed Callisto's monster form.
It could be picked up from the floor, next to Callisto's disintegrated corpse. After obtaining it, It could be used in Bonus Play, in a follow-up playthrough. Activating that item automatically won most of the context-sensitive minigames.
