–The Body Burner to Kratos in God of War |
That was a large pyre, on a cliff beyond Pandora's Bridge, just before the entrance to Pandora's Temple itself. Here, the Body Burner burned the carcasses of all the people who died attempting to reach Pandora's Box, and looked out for anyone else who wished to attempt. He was the only one who could open Pandora's Gate. The bodies were brought to him by the Harpies who dropped them straight down into the fires, and the bodies were then recycled into new enemies that were used in the temple.
