God of War Wiki

Bay of Bounty is a region in Svartalfheim in God of War Ragnarök. The Bay of Bounty in Svartalfheim is similar to Midgard's Lake of Nine. Able to be traversed by boat, it connects Nidavellir to many assorted beaches, mining rigs, and the path up to The Forge and mines beyond. It is separated by The Watchtower and Radsvinn's Rig into a southern bay with docks at Nidavellir, Modvitnir's Rig, and Dragon Beach, and a northern bay with Althjof's Rig, Lyngbakr Island, Alberich Island, and Alberich Hollow. While the bay itself doesn't have any enemies or major collectibles to speak of, there are plenty of resources to mine from the water where you can spot glowing patches, and barrels to break by rowing into them.

Collectibles[]

There is an arrangement of collectibles in the Bay of bounty as listed below.

Bay of Bounty - Yggdrasil’s Dew 1[]

  • Boosts: +2 Cooldown

In the South part of the Bay of Bounty's Southern half. It'll be directly ahead if you've sailed North from Nidavellir and through the tunnel.

Bay of Bounty - Yggdrasil’s Dew 2[]

  • Boost: +2 Defense

Located in the Northern half of the Bay of Bounty. You can find it at the South-Easternmost point; it'll be obscured by a large rock sticking out of the water.

Bay of Bounty - Yggdrasil’s Dew 3[]

  • Boost: +2 Strength

This Yggdrasil's Dew is found in the waters near Durlin's house, West of Nidavellir. It'll be fairly easy to spot along the right-hand edge of the water as you sail West past Durlin's house. On the beach, just south of this tree, you'll discover a red Coffin that contains +2 Forged Iron and some Hacksilver.

Bay of Bounty - Yggdrasil’s Dew 4[]

  • Prerequisite: Complete The Reckoning main quest
  • Boost: +2 Runic

This Yggdrasil's Dew is on the South side of Alberich Island, however it cannot be accessed until you complete The Reckoning quest and gain the ability to use Runic Slates. Once you've done that, return to Svartalfheim and park the boat at the dock South-East of Alberich Island. Climb up the gold chain, then use the Runic Slate nearby to lower the fence blocking the way to the Yggdrasil's Dew on Alberich Island. Slide back down the gold chain, hop in the boat, then row out and collect the Dew.
