Kratos can purchase the Battle-Scarred Sauroter from Brok, Sindri or Lúnda's shops, upon rescuing Freyr from the Einherjar and completing the main quest Creatures of Prophecy.

Battle-Scarred Sauroter[]
The Battle-Scarred Sauroter boosts Defence and Vitality, and come with the "Seized Rage Burst" perk. This perk grants Kratos a Rage Burst, whenever he Stun Grabs an enemy while wielding the Spear (press R3 on a Stunned enemy).
