Trivia

  • In God of War II, the Cursed Souls Kratos can summon with the Barbarian Hammer act and fight similar to the souls of the dead of Army of Hades.
  • In God of War III, the Claws of Hades use many moves inspired by the Army of Hades.
  • As one levels up the Army of Hades the souls become a darker color. This is probably due to Kratos summoning stronger souls from the deeper depths of the Underworld.
  • During the final battle against Ares, after the latter ripped out theBlades of Chaos from Kratos, who then lost all his magical powers, Ares uses the Army of Hades to summon souls that attack Kratos.
