The Arena of the Fates is unlocked by completing Challenge of the Titans with an overall ranking of Titan.
With this, you can select up to three different types of enemies to fight, as well as how many of each type (total of up to 3), and you can then also alter Kratos' powers and stats. This means setting his Health and Magic meters, as well as his Rage of the Titans ability. This then allows for fun all-out enemy combat.
