Aphrodite's Ambrosia in God of War: Ghost of Sparta.
Activating the item unlocked the "Might of Sparta," which was a brutal kick attack. You could get that item by playing the sex mini-game 3 times and beating the game. The kick was extremely powerful and was able to destroy shields that the Blades of Athena could not bend without using Thera's Bane. It was also slightly more powerful than Thera's Bane.
